Founded in 2001 in New York City (hence the name “Gotham”), and with offices in Virginia and Silicon Valley, Gotham Studios provides professional communications and video production services to television, corporate, and government clients.

Hannah Holbrook
Account Manager
Hannah is a talented communications strategist and project manager. She specializes in spearheading outreach initiatives, and creating impactful narratives, dynamic social media campaigns, and engaging newsletters. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Global Policy from The University of Maine. There, she founded organizations and organized events that drew thousands of enthusiastic attendees.
Adam Shanker

With a love for creative visualization and an understanding of trends and technology, Adam sees explosive growth in mobile video over the next decade. Since 1984, he has shot for MTV, History, A&E, Animal Planet, Discovery, Food Network, MSNBC, TLC, Travel Channel, VH-1, Dateline, 20/20, Today Show, Americas Most Wanted, Extra, Access Hollywood, and The Bachelor. Branded Content clients have included American Express, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Miller Lite, AT&T, Unilever, Samsung, Oracle, and Cisco.
Srael Boruchin

Srael began his career in cinematography in a very unlikely location: working underwater in the Galapagos Islands as a dive master. He filmed footage of hammerhead sharks, turtles and dolphins caught in Japanese long-line fishing nets, which went on to air in a BBC documentary. With 27 years of experience, Srael has shot documentaries, fashion, comedy, food, music and sports with such diverse clients as the US Ski Team, Rachael Ray, L'Oreal, Saturday Night Live, NFL, Vitamix and many more.
Esin Ozdag
2D & 3D Animator
Esin makes beautiful, clear explanatory animations – using clean geometric shapes, vignettes, complementary color combinations, gradients, and textures to illustrate complex topics. Matilda Bode
Producer
Matilda’s career in production spans 20+ years and includes political and historical documentaries, unscripted nonfiction programs, studio based productions and corporate videos. As an executive producer, post-production supervisor, development producer, producer, and writer, her work has appeared on PBS, National Geographic, History Channel, Discovery Channel, TLC, Investigation Discovery, American Heroes Channel, and Discovery Family. Matilda has a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College and a Masters in Journalism from U Maryland. She is based in Charlotte, NC.
Rob Cloutier
3D Animator
With Digital History Studios, Rob has been a 3D cinematic animator and compositor for the past 25+ years, 12 of which had been in the computer gaming field. He has worked on several high profile games such as Sid Meier's Civilization IV, Sid Meier's Pirates, Sid Meier's Railroads, Rise of Nations, Gunship!, European Air War and many other history-oriented titles. His clients have included the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, the Newseum, Discovery Communications, documentary producers, historic preservation groups, online museums, NASA and other government agencies.
Rob Tate
Producer
Winner of Emmy, Cine Golden Eagle, James Beard, and IDA awards, Rob is an Executive Producer, Producer, shooter, and editor. Credits include the documentary series Gourmet's Diary Of A Foodie (PBS), Architecture School (Sundance), Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, Queer Eye, What Not To Wear, and While You Were Out. He co-produced, shot and edited the fashion industry documentary, Eleven Minutes,, hailed as a “skillfully crafted, beautifully shot and edited pic” by Variety.
Mark Westin
Producer
With thousands of hours of news, entertainment and multimedia programming to his credit, Mark creates distinctive content that truly connects. His experience spans multiple genres, from Emmy-winning network television to Peabody-winning documentary film, to music and live event production. Credits include MSNBC, Court TV, CBS News, Access Hollywood, and the Wall Street Journal. Mark is an Emmy-nominated musician and composer of two film scores and three albums of original music. He's a member of Mensa, and a motorcyclist.
Penny Lee
Editor
Penny has over 30 years editing experience working on projects airing on television cable networks such as Discovery, National Geographic, HGTV, TLC, and Cooking Channel, to name a few. Penny has also produced documentaries and edited a feature-length movie film. Her body of work includes long and short docs, unscripted nonfiction television programs, commercials, and promotional videos for corporate and government agencies. Aside from her career, Penny enjoys landscape photography, and has traveled around the world to capture beautiful images.
Fletcher Johnson

In 27 years at ABC News and Nightline, Fletcher covered the campaigns of Jesse Jackson, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama; was assigned to the White House; covered assignments around the world including Zaire, the Balkans, Moscow, and the Middle East. Other credits include NBC, CBS, Discovery, Black Entertainment Television, and Aljazeera America. A graduate of Howard University, Fletcher has twice been the recipient of the Cameraman of the Year award from the White House News Photographers Association. See his work on his YouTube channel.
Sabrina Shuster
Editor
Sabrina's passion is in telling stories through the screen. She has experience in editing, directing, producing, screenwriting and cinematography. Her work has appeared on Front Page Live, Ureeka, and film festivals. She has directed and edited music videos for classical and pop musicians in addition to her own short and feature length films. She has extensive classical music training which also influences her editing choices. She is currently based in the Atlanta GA area. See some of her narrative filmmaking work on her YouTube page.

Creative Director
Gotham's President is a creative executive with 37 years experience in national media and corporate video as Executive Producer, VP of Production, producer, writer, shooter and editor. His credits include National Geographic, History Channel, the Today Show, Court TV, TLC, Access Hollywood, Extra, E! Entertainment Television, and Comedy Central; government work includes DHS, and corporate clients include AARP, DuPont, Pepsi, and Harvard University. He has two New York Emmy Awards, several Telly Awards, and a BA in English from Yale.
